Let's Eat! Feeding Therapy is a boutique practice in Newcastle specialising in supporting babies and children with feeding difficulties.
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This job is for you if you are interested in specialising in paediatric feeding.
Days: Full-time position starting in January 2026
Location: This position will be based at our Lambton clinic.
Training will be provided so new graduates are welcome to apply.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA Registration
- Excellent time management skills and experience managing a busy caseload.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Full Driver's Licence and car
- Current Full First Aid certificate
- Current National Criminal Records Check
- Current Working with Children Check
Your few weeks will be spent in feeding training (work shadowing and joint sessions) with continued feeding training throughout the year. We believe in regular supervision for our team members.
Your salary will also include super + insurance + kms paid for any travel you do (home visits).

A bit about Us...
Let's Eat! Feeding Therapy (formerly Let's Eat! Paediatric speech pathology) is a feeding specialist practice. We see children from infants to teenagers with feeding difficulties, dysphagia and fussy eating/restricted feeding issues. If you follow us on social media then you know we have an excellent reputation, demonstrated feeding outcomes, and supportive team working ethos.
Our practice has presented at the University of Newcastle in paediatric feeding, we have held workshops in feeding for doctors, nurses, and parents. We host international presenters and even present very popular and booked-out allied health workshops. Valerie the owner is currently doing her PhD in Responsive feeding therapy at The University of Queensland. She has also published a kid's book in fussy eating and currently supervises all the clinicians on the Let's Eat! team.
