The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for passengers. Key responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and addressing queries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Duties
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
* Perform deck duties including rope handling, gangway management, and trolley operations
* Assist with boat handling and vessel tender operations
* Ensure safe, efficient, and timely boarding and disembarkation of passengers
* Support passengers with their luggage and other needs
* Contribute to bar operations including sales, stock control, and reconciliation
* Undertake cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
* Maintain passenger comfort and safety
Skills and Qualifications
* Ship Board Safety certification
* Senior First Aid and Resuscitation training
* Driver's License
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Experience in the tourism industry
