About the Role This HR Advisor role is a true generalist position, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership across ANZ. You will support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment and payroll coordination, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects. With a clear succession plan in place, this role offers the opportunity to step into a HR Manager position over time for the right person. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle; Partner with leaders on ER matters and performance management; Support payroll processes across AU & NZ; Manage and coordinate recruitment across multiple functions; Lead onboarding and offboarding processes; Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement; Provide guidance on employment legislation and compliance; Support workers compensation and return to work processes; and Coordinate training, development and engagement initiatives. To be a successful applicant, you will bring: Proven experience in a HR Advisor/generalist role; Strong ER and performance management capability; Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; Strong organisational and time management skills; Confident stakeholder management and communication skills; and A team-first attitude with a willingness to get involved.
