Job Description
The Accounting Manager manages end-of-month processes, balance sheet accounts, and financial reporting.
This role involves:
* Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
* Managing the fixed asset register, including depreciation and journal entries.
* Preparing accounting journals, GST/BAS, and FBT returns.
* Reconciling payroll accruals and assisting with variance analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* A Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
* High accuracy and intermediate Excel skills.
* Strong ethical standards, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for continuous learning.
