MYER is looking for aCampaign Reporting Analyst who will play a key role in the designing and automating reports which will help optimise owned channel campaigns. The Campaign Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the development of reports and dashboards to track various campaign performance metrics.

About the role:
* Build and maintain scalable, automated reports and dashboards using SQL and other reporting tools (e.g. Excel, MicroStrategy, Looker).
* Develop data pipelines to transform raw data into structured formats suitable for reporting and analysis.
* Aggregate data from multiple BigQuery tables representing diverse domains such as spend, customer profile, customer engagement, campaign specifications etc.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversions, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
* Develop detailed post-campaign analysis reports, including key findings, success factors, and areas for improvement.
* Create and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and trends over time.
* Work closely with Campaign Analysts, Marketing Teams, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and tailor reporting outputs accordingly.
* Validate the accuracy of campaign data, ensuring reports are built on reliable and consistent data sources.
About you:
* Proficient in SQL and querying large relational databases
* Experience building Campaign Reporting dashboards using dashboard tools such as Microstrategy
* Experience in Campaign Analytics is preferable, supporting marketing automation processes or data-driven marketing
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to quickly find solutions to non-routine problems and situations
* Highly organized & process oriented with excellent attention to detail and a quality assurance focus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
