Job Title: APS5/6 Social Media Officer
Duration: 6-12 month non-ongoing contract
About the Role
The Social Media Advisor in the Communication and Media Section works closely with team members to create high-quality and engaging social media content.
The role is responsible for providing social media advice and support across the agency, including risk management and better-practice recommendations.
Duties
* Manage the agency's social media presence, including development and implementation of the social media strategy, moderation and analytics.
* Develop guidance and governance materials to improve social media capability, production and workflows.
* Oversee the development and design of high quality and engaging social media content for varying online audiences, including evaluation and reporting.
* Assist the broader team in maintaining and updating website and intranet content, while utilising analytics for reporting.
* Curate, amplify and engage with content across partner channels.

* Possess a deep passion and background in digital marketing, along with an eagerness to learn and contribute across various team functions.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders crucial for enhancing outcomes.
* Have experience in developing and executing strategies as well as managing social media projects.
* Strong analytical and writing abilities are vital, in addition to initiative, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
* A comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms is essential.

* NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
