Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Youth Justice Support team in Mount Isa QLD. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing intensive mentoring and support to young people aged ***** years who have been involved in the youth justice system.
Our work spans both detention and community settings with the aim of reducing reoffending and building sustainable futures. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized support plans and develop strategies to address the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive quality program planning and implementation across sites
* Provide coaching and support to colleagues strengthening practice capability
* Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal teams government agencies community Elders and service providers
* Hold a small client caseload applying trauma-informed culturally responsive practice
* Oversee case management monitoring and evaluation and risk management processes
