**What's involved**:
The purpose of this role is to complete sales duties within the Allshelter office, taking enquiries through to orders and provide high quality professional customer service.
The position is located in Toowoomba QLD.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Planning — assist in setting personal and team targets and KPI's, then track and review regularly.
- Follow the sales enquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner. Perform discovery calls via Zoom when required.
- Qualify all enquiries and advance to CRM once qualified.
- Continue to qualify while moving them through, the sales process.
- Work with sales support to enter relevant enquiries, all opportunities, prospects Save any documents and information sent and received from customers in the CRM and SharePoint Pre Order Folders.
- Send information to prospects including producing and presenting proposals and information. Present proposals VIA Zoom to customers.
- Work with sales support to keep the CRM up to date as opportunities progress — opportunities, activities, tasks and I.e. titles, values, statuses, activities and tasks.
- Keep the CRM up to date - Contacts, Customers, Enquiries, Opportunities, Activities and Tasks.
- Collect after sales follow ups for feedback, referrals and testimonials.
- Engage fully in any training programmes designed to help improve your skills and performance and discuss progress and challenges in weekly 1-on-1 meetings.

**Experience required for the Role**:
This role is a full-time position. Previous experience in a similar role, sales environment.
