Your Impact in This Role
The Senior Administration Officer reports directly to our CEO and provides daily support to our leadership team. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced organisational abilities and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, ensuring seamless coordination of executive-level tasks, schedules, and priorities.
What can I expect in a typical day working as a Senior Administration Officer?
Responsibilities include:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, assisting with a wide range of daily tasks and executive requirements.
* Act as the primary liaison for enquiries pertaining to our trainees and their families, corporate partners and fostering strong stakeholder relationships supporting collaborative, mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Coordinate and manage events, including fundraising initiatives, trainee awards ceremonies, and corporate engagement activities.
* Assist with marketing, socials, and the development of promotional resources
* Lead and actively contribute to organisational projects such as audits, site development, and other strategic initiatives.
* Engage with community groups and government stakeholders to support grant submissions, represent the organisation at key events too strengthen Compass' presence and impact within the community.
* Oversee facilities maintenance across our multiple locations and social enterprises, managing the relationships of equipment and service providers.
* Maintain organisational data, provide invoicing support, and deliver general administrative assistance to the broader team when required.
* Manage incoming calls through the main switchboard and serve as the primary contact point for Vitality Village.
