Position Purpose
The Client delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional client delivery, maintaining governance standards within projects, and managing risk across all top tier accounts. The role provides hands-on leadership of delivery teams in partnership with program directors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, to the highest quality, and in line with agreed delivery methodologies. This position also identifies opportunities for growth within client accounts, ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, strengthens client relationships through proactive oversight and strategic guidance, and drives the development of internal capability in delivery methodology and governance structures that are fit-for-purpose for the business.

Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery Leadership
· Provide hands-on leadership and oversight of delivery teams across client accounts, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
· Partner with program/project directors to align resources, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes.
· Ensure all projects are executed consistently according to agreed delivery methodologies and frameworks.
· Coach and mentor delivery teams to strengthen capability, accountability, and performance.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
· Own the governance framework for client delivery, ensuring adherence to organisational standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
· Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and client-related risks, escalating as appropriate to senior leadership.
· Ensure robust reporting, tracking, and monitoring of delivery performance and risk exposure.
· Build internal capability in governance structures and delivery methodologies, ensuring frameworks are fit-for-purpose and scalable across projects and teams.
Account Growth & Opportunity Identification
· Collaborate with business development and account leads to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
· Monitor account health, client feedback, and delivery performance to inform account strategies.
· Provide insight into trends, risks, and opportunities to optimise client relationships and commercial outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
· Build strong relationships with clients, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
· Act as a trusted advisor to program directors, providing insight, challenge, and recommendations to optimise delivery outcomes.
· Represent delivery leadership in executive forums, highlighting risks, opportunities, and project performance.
Required Experience
· Proven experience leading client delivery teams in professional services, consulting, or similar client-focused environments.
· Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies, project frameworks, risk management, compliance, and governance.
· Demonstrated ability to identify and grow opportunities within client accounts.
· Experience building internal capability in delivery methodology and governance structures.
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with senior stakeholders.
