The Role
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on stylist to join our growing team. This is not just a styling role, we need someone who can operate end-to-end, from warehouse prep to on-site execution and team coordination. The ideal candidate will need to have not only styling ability, but also managerial and leadership skills to coordinate our teams, resources and client relations.
What We're Looking For
* A positive can do and ambitious attitude
* Minimum 2 years experience in home staging or a similar fast-paced styling role
* Strong on-the-job styling ability with a sharp eye for detail, must be on-top of the latest trends
* Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and deliver consistent results
* Operational capability — confident in:
o Pulling and preparing stock and styling packages from the warehouse
o Coordinating installs and pack-downs, planning routes for the logistics team
o Leadership mindset — able to manage jobs and guide team members on-site
o Passion for current design trends and improving styling standards
o Proactive, can-do attitude — someone who takes ownership
o Stock Management - Able to Decide What Stock to Keep and Get Rid of In the Warehouse

* Must be based within a commutable distance to Pascoe Vale
* Own car required (fuel reimbursement provided)
* Physically capable of hands-on styling work
