What Your Day Will Look Like:
As our Property Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations of your portfolio, supported by a full time inspection assistant for all routines and PCR reports along with a dedicated full time administration assistant to assist with all your administration work.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with tenants and valued landlords.
* Review and approve tenancy applications.
* Organize repairs and maintenance.
* Manage FBI's and facilitate bond releases.
* Oversee rental arrears with the assistance of your admin support
* Handle lease renewals with assistance of your admin support
* Finalize and send off routine inspections and PCRs once completed by your property inspector.
* Attend court hearings if necessary - with assistance of your director
* Execute the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
* Perform duties as requested by the agency principal.
What We Need from You:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management.
* Current WA Property Managers registration.
* Valid driver's license - company car provided
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Superior time management skills.
