About the role
As part of a small team of NDIS Support Workers at our Material Recovery Facility, you will:
* Assist participants on-the-job to develop and maintain their employment and employment skills
* Provide advocacy and support for supported employees during their employment lifecycle
* Assist participants to implement their NDIS goals through personal development in the workplace
* Complete daily case notes and online records to meet contractual requirements

About you
You will have previous experience in working with people with a disability or mental health condition, together with:
* A minimum of a Certificate III in Disability Support or Individual Support or a related field
* A track record in creating an inclusive environment which empowers people
* A working understanding of the Disability Services Act 2206 or the National Standards for Mental Health Services
* An ability to work with a compliance framework
