About the role
The Early Learning Hub (part of the Early Learners Of (ELO) Group) is seeking a talented Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dedicated team in Warragamba.
As a full-time Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.
What you'll be doing
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
* Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and love of learning
* Observe, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
What we're looking for
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Demonstrated experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
* Experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
* Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
* Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
* Working with Children Check clearance
* Responsible Person experience or willingness to be trained (advantageous)
