Role 
As our 
Commercial Manager 
, you'll be the go-to expert for contract lifecycle management, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement. You'll shape service agreements that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support long-term customer relationships. 
Key Responsibilities 
Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of service contracts. 
Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound agreements and support bids and tenders. 
Resolve commercial disputes and ensure contract compliance. 
Deliver training and coaching to internal teams on commercial principles and risk management. 
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contracts are executable and profitable. 
Provide reporting and analysis on contract performance, profitability, and risk exposure. 
What You'll Bring 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management or related field (MBA or commercial certifications desirable). 
10+ years' experience in a commercial or contract management role within an industrial or service-based environment. 
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. 
Strong communication and influencing abilities across technical and non-technical audiences. 
Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
A proactive, flexible attitude and high level of confidentiality.
