The Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Assistant Boutique Manager to join our vibrant team at our Rundle Street Boutique in Adelaide ! In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Boutique Manager to lead and inspire the team, drive sales performance, and elevate the in-store experience. You’ll help shape a positive and high-performing store culture, ensuring excellence across all aspects of operations, visual presentation, and client engagement. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and team members will be essential to success in this role. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine love for retail – someone who’s ready to grow their career with Oroton, where our people and product are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a permanent full-time position working across a Sunday-Thursday roster .
You’ll excel in this role if you enjoy:
* Inspiring Leadership: Coach and mentor a high-performing team to become true brand ambassadors, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive store culture.
* Operational Excellence: Bring energy and efficiency to the day-to-day running of the boutique — including recruitment, team development, performance management, customer experience, and effective rostering
* Visual Impact: Partner with our Visual Merchandising team to bring campaigns to life and ensure the store is always beautifully presented, aligned with brand standards, and visually inspiring.
* Collaborative Strategy : Work closely with regional, state, and national leaders to shape and implement tailored strategies that drive store success and elevate performance.

* Clienteling skills and high attention to detail, delivering exceptional customer experiences
