An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated Team Admin Assistant / Concierge / Personal Assistant to an award-winning agent! This is a pivotal, fast-paced support role within a high-performing, award-winning team, where you will act as the right-hand to a top-performing agent, taking ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure the team runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Day In The Life
* Manage and coordinate the team's calendar and their day-to-day, as well as Lead Agent's diary, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure efficiency and preparedness
* Keep the team accountable and on schedule - anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
* Oversee buyer enquiries, organise inspections, and ensure timely follow-up
* Assist with open homes, private inspections, and Auction campaign coordination
* Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors, and third parties with professionalism and confidence
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage client databases
* Prepare pre-listing kits, appraisal packs, and appointment materials
* Support the end-to-end listing to settlement process
What You Will Bring To The Table
* Previous real estate administration, PA, Concierge or Sales support experience highly advantageous;
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Valid QLD Driver's Licence
* Availability to work full-time, where Saturday availability may be required
