This newly created role will lead Council’s corporate planning and service review functions, helping drive alignment between our Strategic Management Plans (SMPs), Annual Community Plan, and the delivery of meaningful outcomes for the Alexandrina community.
As Coordinator Organisational Strategy, you’ll work across the organisation to coordinate strategic planning cycles, lead the rollout of our Service Review Framework, and support performance reporting that drives evidence-based decision making. You’ll play a key role in building capability, consistency and collaboration in how we plan, measure, and improve.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Lead the development, review, and integration of Council’s Strategic Management Plans and Annual Community Plan.
* Coordinate corporate performance reporting aligned to strategic goals and legislative requirements.
* Oversee the Service Review Framework, including prioritisation, facilitation, and reporting.
* Prepare strategic reports, briefings, and advice for Executive, Council, and Committees.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver planning tools, templates, training, and support.
* Collaborate with the Community Engagement Officer to support community consultation on corporate planning matters.
* Support the development of Council’s Service Catalogue.
