We're Looking For:
Café All-Rounders (Crew Members)
You'll be the face of the kiosk — greeting customers, taking orders, and keeping things moving with a smile.
Key tasks include:
Greeting and engaging customers warmly through the drive-thru window.
Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light snacks to standard.
Maintaining clean, organised workstations — even when it's busy
Assisting with restocking and light prep.
Supporting your teammates to keep things flowing smoothly.
You'll shine if you:
Love early starts (5 am doesn't scare you).
Are friendly, reliable, and quick on your feet.
Can work weekends and public holidays as needed.
Have café, retail, or fast-food experience — or the right attitude to learn fast.
Kiosk Manager (Trainee-Friendly)
Perfect for someone who's been a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Crew Member and is ready to take the next step.
You'll be hands-on, leading by example and helping the team deliver great service every day.
Key tasks include:
Coaching and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service.
Overseeing opening and closing duties, cash handling, and stock levels.
Maintaining kiosk presentation, hygiene, and compliance.
Using (or learning to use) TANDA for rostering and shift planning.
Assisting with training new team members.
Jumping on the machine or taking orders when it's busy — no desk-only roles here
We're after someone who:
Is a morning person with strong communication skills.
Has prior experience in café, drive-thru, or fast-food environments.
Is reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
Can confidently manage a small team — or is ready to grow into it.
