They want a hands-on team player that can direct and positively manage all operational and sales and service functions throughout their designated store and its defined sales territory for both Retail & Trade. You will participate in, develop and implement agreed business plans and budget strategies to achieve set targets and business growth through self-drive and motivation of your team. At all times, uphold the ideals of operational efficiency, great customer service, professional business image and a store that people want to come to.

About the role
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* Drive and conduct best in class customer service and sales management/training to staff
* Inventory Management
* Battery Fitting is a large part of the role so experience is a MUST
* Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, workshop job management, instore sales & services to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized
* Manage store staff in all aspects recruitment, performance management, training, rostering, coverage, KPI reviews, all with the help of the Company's support team's
* Provide the highest levels of service to customers ensuring you maximise any sales opportunity
* Pick & pack stock for the operation and load and unload vehicles as required.
* Conduct every task in line with EH&S, and company guidelines
* Contribute to designing local area marketing concepts and business improvement strategies
To be successful, you will possess the following:
* Battery fitting experience (either in store or mobile/roadside) This is a MUST
* Battery Industry experience
* Sales Management
* Full Rights to Work in Australia
