Administration Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Officer.

About the Role:
* Based at Epping Grand Care Community
* Full-time, Monday - Friday
* Ensure the sales and admissions process runs smoothly
* Conduct tours and build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
* Maximise occupancy and support the implementation of approved marketing events
* Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
* Support client services and general enquiries
* Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
* Reception and other administration duties where required
* Managing team rosters and timesheets

Requirements:
* A pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance
