Job Title: Systems Engineering Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering quality and cost-effective systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT delivery and senior leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team to ensure seamless and cohesive delivery of IT services, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and technical support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, governance, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and technically adept leader who can oversee team activities, delivery, and performance to align business goals resulting in maximum customer benefit.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in IT delivery or similar senior leadership position, demonstrated exposure to multiple or complex domain analysis, and good understanding of Java development and application foundation.
You will also need good understanding of Dimensional Modelling and Data Warehousing, demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing technical team.
