Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Planner
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical maintenance/trades and experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software.
This role is responsible for developing an annual equipment overhaul/shutdown schedule, managing maintenance requests, relieving the maintenance team manager when on leave, and performing spare parts planning and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an annual equipment overhaul/shutdown schedule to ensure effective maintenance and reliability of equipment.
* Manage maintenance requests through the correct procedure, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
* Relieve the maintenance team manager when on leave and as required, providing seamless coverage and support.
* Perform spare parts planning and procurement, ensuring availability and minimizing delays.
* Coordinate and prioritize tasks with the maintenance team to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 2 years of experience in maintenance/trades. Proficiency in CMMS software, such as Mainplan or SAP, is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential for success in this role.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines, is also crucial.
