Location: Remote in Australia
Industry: Medical Device - Women's health / Fertility Space
We're looking for a driven Sales and Key Accounts Manager to join our team and help grow our business in the fertility sector.
What You'll Do
Achieve sales targets and market share goals across your territory.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, scientists, and key decision-makers.
Identify opportunities, design sales objectives, and deliver projects to capture growth.
Share customer and market insights with internal teams to shape strategy.
Collaborate with colleagues across the world.
Represent the company at national meetings, conferences, and trade displays.
Manage your travel and expenses.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
What Success Looks Like
Achieving sales forecasts and KPIs.
Clear, proactive communication with customers and colleagues.
Solid CRM input and project completion.
Professional teamwork and contribution to the broader business.
About You
Scientific Degree.
Business Development / Account Management experience.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and time-management skills.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Positive mindset, professional presence, and the ability to multitask.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Note: We are open to different levels of experience from Specialist/ Manager (2-5 years exp) and above.
