1. Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades throughout the project.
2. Manage progress claims and variations efficiently.
3. Apply a strong understanding of construction practices to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Handle cost and project reporting.
Experience Required
1. Completed or near-completion of tertiary qualification(s) relevant to Construction.
2. 3+ years of experience working as a Contracts Administrator in Australia.
3. Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets, and reporting with precision.
4. Proficiency in Procore.
5. Possess a can-do attitude, with a polished appearance and ambitious drive for success.
