The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in an administrative or reception role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
* Demonstrated experience working with IT systems and software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
