The Role
We are seeking qualified Disability Support Workers who have more than 2 years experience in working with people who have a range of disabilities and abilities. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, domestic assistance, mealtime management, community support, and other relevant tasks.
The successful candidate will need to be professional, reliable, caring, compassionate and flexible.

The Team
Our Community Care Team will offer you your own dedicated Service Coordinator to provide support and ongoing 1:1 supervision. We also offer 24/7 support from our dedicated after-hours team and hotline.
Suitable Applicants MUST have:
* At least 2 years industry experience working with multiple participants
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent,
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
* Nursing qualifications not essential but highly regarded
