You'll be joining a nationally respected design studio known for its collaborative approach, contemporary architectural language, and focus on quality delivery. With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential projects, this role offers the chance to lead documentation, coordination, and consultant management with genuine autonomy.

What You'll Do
* Manage Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects from DA through to construction
* Oversee and coordinate consultant teams, ensuring seamless communication and outcomes
* Lead documentation packages independently using ArchiCAD
* Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and uphold design intent through delivery
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure project milestones are met
* Support and mentor junior team members across documentation stages
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 7+ years of professional experience
* Proven ability to manage DA, CC, and construction documentation packages
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD
* Strong understanding of BCA, NCC, and Class 1/Class 2 compliance
* Demonstrated experience coordinating consultant teams and project stakeholders
* Solid technical and construction knowledge with attention to design quality
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
