Logistics Assistant Manager, Sydney
ABOUT COTY
As the Logistics Assistant Manager, working within the ANZ Logistics Team and wider APAC Regional Logistics Team, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of Logistics operations within Australia and New Zealand, delivering value across the key strategic pillars of cost, service, cash and sustainability.
You will assist in the management of the operational relationship with key external Logistics service providers across warehousing, transport and import & export operations as well as being accountable for the delivery of key operational, cost and inventory KPIs.
Reporting to Logistics Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
**Inventory**:
Manage key inventory KPIs including Warehouse Capacity %; Virtual Inventory Record Accuracy (V-IRA); Location Inventory Record Accuracy (L-IRA); Adjustment Qty and Value; iDoc volume; Logistics Unit Fill Rate (LUFR); Nil Ship Qty and Value; Damage Qty and Value.
Manage daily Stock on Hand (SOH) reconciliation and discrepancy investigation processes in line with Global SOX Audit requirements.
Manage the resolution of daily SAP iDoc system errors, identifying and addressing associated root causes with corrective actions.
Manage the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes for Logistics service providers in accordance with SOX Audit requirements.
Support End-of-Month Finance closing processes, and assist in preparing monthly KPI and data submissions to APAC regional and Global teams as required.
**3PL Management & Operations**:
Run Daily Direction Setting (DDS) operational meetings with Logistics service providers.
Manage Quality alerts and required product QA status in conjunction with Logistics service providers, the APAC QA Lead, and Global requirements.
Assist in managing daily operational requirements with Logistics service providers across warehousing, transport, import and export operations.
Assist in managing the clearance, local transport and receipt of all inbound shipments to best meet key stakeholder requirements across Sales, Marketing and Planning.

Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain with 3 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in the FMCG industry
Prior experience with 3PL distribution and transport industry
Ability to plan, organise and coordinate cross-functionally across divisions
Ability to prioritise effectively under tight cross-functional deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
