We are seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join the Allied Health Services team. This position is central to supporting outpatient clinics, acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, and ensuring smooth clinic operations through accurate data entry, appointment scheduling, record management, and coordination with clinical teams. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and patient care.

* Demonstrated experience in a customer service setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, appointment scheduling and data entry.
