As a People & Culture Manager, Australia, you will play a critical role in translating the organization's goals into tangible people initiatives and providing strong internal support. You will drive local People and Culture excellence and process improvement, building and developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and offering tailored solutions accordingly. You will support the growth of our business by establishing and improving current business processes.

People & Culture

* Creating and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and the Company's policies.
* Supporting the business with end-to-end HR processes, including performance reviews, employee surveys, contract generation, benefit administration, employee engagement, and employment relations matters.
* Providing the Management team and staff with comprehensive, professional HR advice including legislative and contractual interpretation.
* Supporting the creation and execution of our Employer Branding and EVP strategy.
* Coordinating and supporting Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities.
* Managing induction and onboarding, performance reviews, grievance procedures, performance management, and exit management.
* Initiating and implementing programs to support employee engagement and to foster a high-performance culture.
* Keeping abreast of salary trends, including opportunities, and managing the remuneration review and internal movement process.
* Designing, consulting, coordinating, and managing workforce and developing processes that address organization structure, job designs, succession planning, employee retention, and organizational change management.
* Monitoring changes and ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
* Determining and recommending employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer‐employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale, motivation, engagement, and capacity to implement change.
* Providing support, advice, and coaching to managers in all employee relations activities including performance management conduct and behaviour, and grievances.
* Undertaking or managing workplace investigations as required.

Talent Acquisition

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Australia, including head office roles and service centres, from job posting to offer stage.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
* Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates by communicating promptly and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
* Coordinating interviews, managing follow‐ups, and maintaining professional communication with all applicants.
* Proactively building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Conducting police checks and background verification on shortlisted candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Administering aptitude and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities, ensuring they align with role expectations and company standards.

About You

* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. (beneficial)
* Certification in HR or related field.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Detail‐oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
* Strategic thinking and problem‐solving abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Approachable, authentic, commercial, emotionally mature with sound judgment and a focus on solutions.
