These services assist separated parents in managing contact arrangements safely and reliably, providing facilitated changeovers and supervised contact visits at various levels of vigilance.Coordinate and promote the safe transfer of children between parents and facilitate appropriate interactions during supervised visits.Enhance children’s relationships with the ‘time with’ parent.Assist separated parents in moving towards self-management of contact arrangements.Support the Team Leader to manage the MFC CCS service and team.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualifications related to community welfare practice, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Social Science.Relevant experience in the field.Understanding of legislative requirements related to child support, child protection, and family violence.A current driver’s license, willingness to travel, and readiness for overnight accommodation when required.All applications must include a Cover Letter, Resume, and Key Selection Criteria addressed, as detailed in the position description.
