**Job Title:** Quality Coordinator
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the adherence to the home's audit schedule as guided by the Quality Specialist. This role involves ensuring monthly audit tools are completed as delegated by the service manager, providing assistance and advice to staff when delegating audits, conducting interviews as per program guidelines, and populating data into the online system.
The individual will also be responsible for emailing online surveys to targeted polling groups, monitoring completion rates, and using alternate methods when required to close any gaps. Additionally, they will support the accuracy of NACMQIP data for each government submission and collate all audit and clinical indicator results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a qualified RN with a current APHRA registration. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, with the ability to live Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
