This role combines optical knowledge with a friendly, patient-centered approach to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and eyewear solutions.
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people and has a keen eye for fashion and detail.
Skills and Experience
* Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Knowledge of frame styles, lens options, and current eyewear trends
* Experience in frame selection, adjustments, and repairs
* Basic understanding of eye health and vision correction
* Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner
