About the Role
We are seeking a Dispense Tech who aligns with our vision of excellent customer service and holistic health solutions. This role offers exposure to a wide range of pharmacy operations, supported by experienced mentors. Work hours are 30–35 hours per week (negotiable).
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with dispensing under pharmacist supervision
* Support dispensary stock ordering and inventory management
* Assist with full scope of practice services
* Support PBS claims and other administrative tasks
* Contribute to individual and team sales targets
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Use technology confidently and efficiently
* Work collaboratively as part of the team
* Maintain a positive, caring attitude
* Be flexible with rosters and extra shifts when required
* Be self-motivated and willing to learn to meet internship requirements
Role Requirements
* Enrollment or eligibility to undertake a Dispense Technician internship
* Previous pharmacy experience highly desirable
* Valid Australian work rights
