This position requires expertise in supporting people living with dementia, experience in Australian residential aged care and/or community aged care, and the ability to share knowledge in a way that supports change at all levels.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment and support services to individuals and their caregivers.
* Develop and implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
* Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in supporting people living with dementia.
* Experience in Australian residential aged care and/or community aged care.
* High level of negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
