The Role
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Communicating with owners and tenants
* Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well‐maintained
* Lease renewals and agreement preparation
* Performing home opens
* Processing tenancy applications
* Repairs & maintenance management
* Issuing breach notices as required
The Candidate – To succeed in this role you'll have:
* Minimum 3 years' property management experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional presentation and proactive mindset
* Tech‐savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
* Positive, reliable, and committed to growth
* Current real estate licence or registration required at commencement
