We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing and social media activities in our Notting Hill office. This role is well suited to someone with some professional marketing experience or experience in a similar role.
Days, Location & Offering:
This is a casual role, working 3 days per week. We offer flexibility in selecting the three days per week, with available working days being Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
This position will be offered as a casual role for 3 months with possible extension for future projects. The pay rate is $37 per hour.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media activity, helping build brand awareness and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on message.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the planning and execution of marketing and digital campaigns
* Assisting with digital marketing initiatives across website, social media and print
* Content creation and copywriting for brochures, flyers, presentations, press releases and social posts
* Assisting with social media management across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
* Scheduling posts and maintaining a forward social media content calendar
* Coordinating content photoshoots and marketing assets
* Providing event and trade show support, including marketing launches and awards submissions
* Assisting with campaign reporting and ROI tracking
About You
You are currently studying or have completed a qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications, and are seeking a casual marketing role. You will have:
* Experience within a similar position or undertaking similar responsibilities.
* Strong interest in digital marketing, graphic design, social media and content creation
* A creative mindset and excellent written communication skills
* good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
* Interest in technology or technical products (desirable but not essential)
