The Role
You will be the face of Pipi’s, balancing premium guest experiences with sharp operational management.
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a large, high-performing FOH team.
* Operations: Master rostering, COGs, stock control, and budgets.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven RM Experience: High-volume, premium restaurant background is essential.
* Product Knowledge: Strong command of Australian wines, cocktails and Mediterranean cuisine.
* Business Savvy: Experience with forecasting, labor costs, and hospitality tech.

* Requirements: Current QLD RSA.
