Personal Care Assistant Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate care and support to residents in our residential aged care home.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Provide personal care assistance to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
o Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
o Record observations and report exceptions to the care plan.
o Check daily menu requirements and attend to general ward duties.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
* NDIS check (or ability to acquire).
* Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
