Key Responsibilities
* Complete accurate material take-offs for ordering.
* Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontractor work packs.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and material call-ups.
* Coordinate with site supervisors and the Scheduling Manager to maintain project timelines.
* Enter and maintain construction budgets within internal systems.
* Assist with scheduling activities to ensure materials and trades are organised in line with construction programs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (completed or in progress).
* Previous experience in construction scheduling, estimating, or project coordination is highly regarded.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
* Excellent organisation and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
