Family Safety Advocate Role:
This position is a vital part of the Family & Domestic Violence Coordinated Response Team, working collaboratively with law enforcement and social services to provide timely and effective support for victims.
* Provide personalized assistance to clients
* Evaluate risk levels and connect individuals with relevant resources
* Cross-functional collaboration within the Family & Domestic Violence department
Essential Responsibilities:
* Effective communication in a team environment
* A strong work ethic and dedication to our mission
* Maintain accurate records, manage cases, and write comprehensive case notes
Qualifications:
* Diploma in community services or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of family and domestic violence dynamics and impacts
* Proficiency in computer software
* A valid driver's license
* Working with children clearance
