About the role
The Mid Western Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program (MWBIRP) is looking for a compassionate and organised Administration Officer to join their team. The MWBIRP team is comprised of highly skilled Allied Health Professionals and Medical Officers who provide community-based rehabilitation programs to adults with brain injuries. The MWBIRP provides outreach services to the Bathurst Region and surrounding communities.
As the MWBIRP Administration Officer, you will be highly organised and confident in the use of Information Technology, including bookings software, Microsoft 365 and other NSW Health related software. You will have highly developed communication skills, and experience with working closely with people with alternative communication needs.
You will be working closely with Clinicians to provide services, including organising travel itinerary and managing appointments. This position operates within business hours Monday to Friday, and is supported by the MWBRIP Program Manager.
