Your responsibilities will include:

* Optimizing store operations and driving commercial strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
To succeed as a Retail Manager, you'll bring:
1. Strong tenure in retail management with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
2. Commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and delivering key performance indicators
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
4. A deep appreciation for luxury codes and product knowledge to elevate the client experience
5. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is an advantage
