The Northern regional team plays a key role in ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement for a variety of public infrastructure projects that impact local communities.
Your new role
As an AO3 Communication Officer, you will support the planning and delivery of project communications and engagement activities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and updating project webpages and generating analytic reports
* Creating and distributing project flyers
* Preparing written responses to stakeholder enquiries
* Coordinating Notice of Entries and dilapidation surveys
* Managing stakeholder contact data in spreadsheets and Consultation Manager
* Assisting with or attending stakeholder meetings alongside Program Engagement Officers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience or knowledge in preparing digital and print communication materials
* Ability to manage stakeholder data and support engagement activities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems
* A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team environment
