The Opportunity
A privately owned property developer is seeking a Sales Associate to support the sale of refined residential developments across South‐East Queensland. Known for delivering thoughtfully curated projects in sought‐after locations, this developer places strong emphasis on considered design, quality finishes and enduring outcomes. Working closely with trusted design and construction partners, the business creates sophisticated, understated environments designed to be lived in, admired and remembered.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales process across residential developments from enquiry to contract
* Engage confidently and professionally with prospective purchasers
* Assist with inspections, appointments and buyer follow-up
* Provide timely, considered responses to buyer enquiries
* Deliver a refined, consistent customer experience aligned with brand standards
* Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and buyer data
* Support contract preparation and sales documentation
* Track enquiry sources, buyer feedback and campaign performance
* Assist with reporting and sales administration as required
Campaign & Marketing Support
* Support sales launches, campaigns and project marketing initiatives
* Assist with the presentation of display suites, sales materials and collateral
* Work closely with marketing and development teams to align sales activity with project timelines
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Liaise with internal teams including development, marketing and leadership
* Coordinate with external consultants where required
* Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion at all times
Key Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' experience in property sales or similar
* CRM management experience (HubSpot highly regarded)
* Open driver licence and own reliable vehicle
* Ability to travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast + weekend availability
* Bachelor's degree in business or property related field highly regarded
