Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking a motivated and innovative professional for the position of Corporate System Analyst within its Information & Communications Technology Services team.

Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week)
Remuneration of $3,****** gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $4,****** gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%)

Your new role
The Corporate System Analyst is responsible for the configuration and support of Council's corporate software systems to facilitate efficient and effective delivery of services to our community.
The position focuses on improving business processes and implementing technology solutions to support these processes.
Key responsibilities
Managing Council's corporate ERP systems, including ongoing system configuration, administration, audit and review, and management reporting
Liaising with business areas to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented within corporate systems
Investigating, coordinating, and implementing new and/or improved corporate system functionality across the organisation
Developing, delivering and reviewing corporate system training programs for staff
Managing operational/service-related complaints and issues effectively to ensure prompt identification and appropriate action
What you need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications or certifications relevant to the role e.g. Information Technology or Project Management and/or
Demonstrated experience relevant to the role including Information Technology, Business Analysis, Database administration and an understanding of relational databases and data modelling design
High-level proficiency in the use of various software packages and related systems including document management, revenue, CRM and payroll systems
Highly developed communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
