We are currently looking for a well organised, reliable and motivated person to join our team in the role of Office Administration / Receptionist. We are seeking someone who has a bright & bubbly personality and confidence in building genuine rapport with our clients.
**Duties**:
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Filing
- Parts receiving / inventory
- Assist with quote preparation
- Processing purchase orders & invoices in MYOB
- Receipting customer payments
- General office duties
Remuneration and entitlements will commence at Qld Clerical Award rates.
**Salary**: $23.97 - $25.88 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
