This role is required by the government in all aged care homes and involves:Implementing infection prevention strategies in the homeEnsuring processes are followedProviding training and coaching to staff on infection prevention practices and documentationLeading and supporting staff developmentServing as a health and safety role modelMaintaining high standards of work with prideYou’ll be someone who is empathetic and experienced in aged care.
