You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards in staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation. In collaboration with the People and Culture team, you'll implement stringent quality control measures, ensuring high standards of staffing and service delivery across the Eastern region.
Your administrative prowess will come to the fore in managing the day-to-day staffing operations. From scheduling and leave management to maintaining accurate records, your attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly. In partnership with People and Culture, you'll oversee the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
Finally, your focus on results will directly influence our success. From ensuring full staffing coverage to monitoring key staffing metrics, your operational input will drive continuous improvement and elevate our services. Collaborating with Executive Managers and other stakeholders, you'll implement initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier staff.
